The ministry at Shepherd's Fold has continued to grow to the point that the spaces in the existing house cannot adequately support retreat and large event gatherings, cadet recreation, and meals together. A new, large space is required to support the current number of cadets and enable continued growth into the future.
This beautiful new timber-frame structure will dramatically increase our ability to serve cadets and deepen their walk with Christ. The Fellowship Barn is designed to be a warm, inviting, and highly functional ministry center—only seven minutes from the Coast Guard Academy—dedicated to worship, discipleship, and community life.
With this expansion, Shepherd’s Fold will be able to faithfully and effectively serve cadets for generations, equipping future Coast Guard officers to lead with Christian integrity, courage, and faith.

The total project cost—including fully furnished ministry spaces—is approximately $1.35 million. Construction will begin once we reach $800,000, the amount required for the basement, foundation, and structure.
